It is not required but it is highly recommended that the therapist taking this course already has a background in some form of energy therapy, i.e. Reiki, Healing Touch, Chakra Balancing, Sound Therapy, Bio Touch, Polarity, NSA, or something along these lines. The course will go smoother for those with an energy background because we will be combining the methodologies and geo-thermal principles of stone healing with energy work.
This course is designed for the energy therapist that is seeking to offer their clients a more deeper journey of self-discovery, this short but effective stone session will aid the client on an internal balancing act that will be supported by temperatures ranging from 27º to 130º which gently challenges the body to chemically respond to the alternating temperatures that will travel on and around their body throughout the session. Sound therapy will help to promote a feeling of being centered within one’s own body and in turn helps to draw the client deeper within their own thoughts and feelings as various stones and crystals move around their body.
The stone session will be followed by the exploration of the Sacred Symbol, a unique stone layout that was created by the therapists throughout the 60-minute stone session. This Sacred Symbol layout will be a personal message to the client from the stones, one that they can carry in the way of a photograph and continue to experience the ways of emotions that they discovered during the stone session.
Trades between the therapists will be a part of the daily learning experience along with Q&A following each trade and lecture periods. There is a multiple-choice test on the last day of class and discussion to follow so that all questions are addressed and clearly understood by each therapist prior to the class conclusion.
Please note, this course is not a massage course in stone therapy, it is an energy course that incorporates stones and crystal therapy.
